I seldom mention abt work in my blog cos I guess as I always say, only happy things gets up here!
okok..... 1 happy thing.... Deadline for Efiling is tmr! Whoohoo!! hehe.. it means it is officially over.. but still available for those delinquent ones lah =p
The sight at the counter is 'magnificent' today! colleagues jus can't help it but stop to 'view' the super-duper long queue downstairs.. Longer tmr??
Ok, I shld stop here... else, will create another discussion topic on the team members and again reminding ourselves how 'Fantastic' our team is and how we "used to" 'Enjoy' working at US =p
Tick tick tick... the clock is really ticking fast... weeks after weeks... it's actually April now!
Slightly more than 6 mths before our big day ("p)/ Finalising our 'drawing' of the hse reno... glad everything are moving and hope things remain smooth...
Definitely some misunderstanding and disagreements and tiff with J.. keep our fingers crossed that we pull through these nitty gritty and continue to enjoy the whole experience =)
The long wkend was really 'hardwork'.. keke... I start to believe that J and I are the 'hardworking' type.. Well, at least for a few instances...
Let me see....
1) Went to every site and potential flats in the walk in selection booklet and shortlisted many many of them.. Diligently update the list and waited 4 hrs at the foyer (cannot go toilet.. kkekeke) and alas! got our flat..!
2) Called so many hotels, restaurants, clubs... Disappointed by replies that it was longed booked by other pple.. but finally, we found the ideal place for our wedding!
3) Go for fairs and contacted Interior designers and Contractors.. Yea~ long process... till now not finalised yet.. hehe.. Was surprised when J showed me the picture of our living rm that he drew =) Ok, i shall not complain that he got no time for the preparation =p
So we now got drawings really to get our final quote!
This list can go on... maybe this way, pple really feel that sense of satisfaction =)
Apart from the reno, 1 thing is confirmed.. hahahha.. very proud to say... my wedding gowns are confirmed! Glad that my mum like them too!
Exciting day today =)
It's my gown selection day.. mummy gotta work today so it's jus me and J making our own decision.. hope it pleases her when she sees it.. keke..
Can't rem how many gowns and evening gowns that I tried.. Anna auntie said I'm a perfectionist.. which is true.. hehe.. but she's kind and patient enough to help me thru the process and so glad that all three of us had a pleasant time..
Choosing the gown was a tough thing.. esp when all seems so nice.. glad that I choose the correct bridal studio.. their design is my cup of tea =) no need to mtm anything.. that is great! less headache.. hehe.. Let me 'Hao Lian' a bit.. the people there actually compliment that I carry their gowns very well leh.. =p heheheh.... well, tried to choose the different designs for photo shooting and the actual wedding day.. that's a nice tip from Pao Ru.. =) thanks ger!
My choice of actual wedding gown is a show gown.. I love it a lot! Quite grand though.. keke.. Din choose the victorian style gown as I prefer a contrasting sweet look.. Evening Gown was also a tough pick.. so many lovely gowns.. keke.. Can't wait for our photoshooting in Jun! J din fall asleep.. keke.. He helped me choose my evening gown which the consultant also feel it's very suitable for me =)
At the end of the session, we took measurement.. so funny, the lady secretly told Anna my measurement becos there are other guys around.. hehehe... ooh i c!
Tired tired day.. 4 hours of trying and trying.. hehe.. Peifu Anna cos she needs to help me with every gown and it's really tiring lor..
Finally.. starved for the whole day and finally got to have dinner.. no time to eat at all.. we went for porridge at chinatown.. yummy!
Ice Age 2 was the latest show I watched.. funny.. had a gd laugh.. hehe.. there's so many ghost movie and J know I'm too timid to watch.. hehe.. so we end up watching ice age 2 and happy that we enjoyed the movie =p
Tmr's schedule is furniture mall 'tour'.. hope to settle on the house soon too =p

whoohoo!! many many many things happened over these two months..
Can't really remember all.. probably just some significant ones..
Yea~ I stopped at the time when my parents went shanghai..? oh, did I mention that.. anyway, they came back and really happy that they enjoyed themselves.. Missed them during that 8 days of 'no government'.. ehhehe... But during that period, I am not lonely.. all thanks to watching vcd that my mum helped to borrow from her friends, doing some house chores.. making my own dinner.. and J! Till now, It still makes me laugh when I recall J driving down after work at midnite and say he's downstairs.. Strangely, he saw me at the window and I talked to him half-asleep on the phone and he drove home.. still can't understand.. hee...
After my parents came back from their trip, my bro and his gf went hk.. they are really rich leh.. can spend $200 per nite accomodation for 5 nites.. I will never part my money like this... so as always.. they are rich hor.. hehehe..
My teochew has deteriorated.. now it's easy to make pple burst into laughter when I speak.. =p
My cousin's wedding on 18th Mar 2006 was a simple but quite funny one.. everything went thru 'chop chop'.. so fast.. heehe...
The champange glass was short of one, my baby niece looked at his daddy when he shouted 'yum sheng', my ah gong posed to take photo, a couple came into the wrong wedding dinner and realised only at the 'yum sheng' session so gave angbao to the newly wed and take photo with them, the very professional photographer trying to ask the bride to pose but she's too engrossed.. hahahha... interesting moments..
That was also our 6th year anniversary and 'supposed rom date'.. keke.. got a new handphone and J got his back.. this is the most practical anniversary we have..
Yes, we still have not settle the reno.. J and I still having second thoughts on the design and most likely is the 'ang mo pai' contractor that we are engaging.. waah, he's in this line since we are only 2 yrs old.. guess the ah pek already given up.. hope so.. hahahha....
