J n me at Jay's concert

After 3 yrs wait for this concert... finally!

Wasn't feeling well the day before and then the sore throat sets in... i tried all ways to soothe it.. liang cha plus powder! Ginseng drink... water... and lots of water! sore inflammation medicine.. running nose medicine.. no heaty food... and a gd rest..

I'm a little better... and haha... we can scream and cheer!

Had a wonderful time with J.. I got pink collection bag.. the last one!

We won't wanna miss going for Jay's concert... had so much excitement from getting the tix to getting ready.. to going to the concert.. during the concert.. and after the concert.. I'm thankful for all the experiences =)

J, the mighty cook!

Last friday, I jus said feel like having pasta.. but who knows... J suggested that he cook spaghetti.. I was oni thinking abt pastamania mah.. waahahahha....

Well, anyway, he sms me to do marketing for him =P

Here's his sms... "Gd day dar... Can buy mushrm n mincemeat? N soup also.." then he called again in the afternn.. "Erm mushroom.. maybe those can type.. dun buy the shitake mushroom or the chinese mushroom..." and I replied "ok ok, I know" and in the end, I found the most 'ang mo' mushroom I can find at cold storage.. and it is exactly what we see on the pic of the pasta sauce bottle =D 'heng ah'!

While cooking he got so many questions.. how to cut?.. like this ok? when to put in the mushroom?.. how long to off the stove?... spaghetti cooked?.. the soup ok?...

After I came out from shower.. helped him on the sauce and taadaa!

I'm jus wondering.. what's going thru bb's mind when they are not 'active'?

I was on my way home just now when 2 bbs jus sat there.. din talk.. jus look dazed...
OMG! shldn't the parents try to talk to them.. teaching the sponge all that they shld learn?
they shld be active at their young age.. not staring blankly...

Special encounters

Jus thought maybe I shld blog this special encounters that I have in recently.. as after yrs when I read back.. I wil still rem I once was hmm.. 'ok looking..' hehehhe....

It's really strange that all these compliment din come before I get married... And wow maybe all the 'missed' chances.. hahahha.....

Someone at a fren's wedding wanted to know me.. then ops! i'm married...
The day before, a stranger told me I was ok looking...
Then yest while walking to meet the gers at orchard.. a guy walked over to say they looking for new faces for advertising and commercials.. and haha.. I forgot how old I m.. well.. it's jus nice to know that my looks can still make it lah... but then.. i know it's jus a scam lah... not pretty enuf to be spotted lohz... kakaka

Anyway.. what's J's reaction when I tell him these... hmm...

It's time we meet =)

For the past 2 wks... we have been busy meeting up with frens...

Last sat after meeting Chris and LingLi for some catching up and movie... it continues with the gathering with my poly frens..

I always thought.. it's so amazing that I'm in this group when I was in diff class after yr 1.. different groups as well... it's jus so nice that we still make it a point to meet up.. probably becos of Joy =)

I tried my best to co-ordinate.. but guess what. the co-ordinator actually suggested a venue that is no longer operating.. who knows marche has changed name and is no longer at suntec.. hahahhaha... a blur organiser har =P

Well.. Johnson joined us this time.. and he is still as cunning... the other gers look jus the same except frances who have successfully slimmed down after lots of hard work =) keep it up, ger!
I seriously need a hug frm Joy.. oh.. I miss my fren... will try to make time for her before she goes back to oz...

The gathering was celebrated with nice food, coffee.. oh I rem that nutello.. and esp the laughters.. Next time I meet the other gers will be at Johnson's wedding.. oh ya, I hope he's not bluffing abt this too =P

Yest was another get together with the angels.. although it's not full attendence.. I appreciate that the 3 of us make it a point to meet up once again.. We threw the high tea option and went coffee club.. Wow.. we really had a really gd time with each others' company... And I'm glad everyone are happy and thankful with what they have now... The guys also came for us.. a pity that J booked cinema tix too early. else the 3 couples can all meet up tog..

It's higher chance that 3 of us can meet again.. but guess the closest will be at Joleen's rom next mth.. oh ya, welcome to punggol! hahhahahaha....
