I can see the bump!

I was extremely sleepy and did not feel like waking up.. Even tempted to take leave just to rest at home..

Was just telling my mum that I can stay up late now.. But who knows, the next day, I had to be in bed by 10pm! Hehe...
But still, that's not enough for me =P

As I was lying on bed.. I looked down to check out my tummy.. Wooh! There's an obvious bump..! And I can see that one side is higher than the other (probably cause I was facing one side while I sleep)..
Excited..! Curious..! Anxious..! do not know if it's ok.. urge to tell bb to go back to the centre.. waahahahaha....

Yesterday was just telling J that I can feel the bb stretching her legs or arms.. I could even picture her movement.. hehe..
Well, I'm an extremely sensitive mummy.. Was able to feel the first few weeks of pregnancy... =D

We are couples who do not go to travel fairs.. wedding shows.. bridal shows.. furniture fairs.. John little sales etc.. be it near or far.. I will blame it on J.. cos I will go to airshows with him.. pc shows with him.. but all these that we missed don't mean much to me as long as we get what we want in the end.. Sometimes, I do find all these preparations stressful.. The more we know and compare, the more stressed we get.. why not just go with our heart or 6th sense and go for it?! hahahhaha... stress free and lazy lyn talking.... kai xin jiu hao ma!=D

Know what?! we went to the Babytalk last sat! and this sat, we went TMC for the hospital tour!! And after the tour, we even got little lyn these!

Oh yes.. and I'm starting to read to her =) J says she can only hear us from the 6th mth.. hmm.. nevermind, let me rehearse a bit before she can really hear me =D

Now I understand a little bit more of how a mummy feel.. a little ache doesn't hurt.. worry about how your baby is.. whether she is growing well.. does make you scared..

To all mummies.. you do deserve a well celebrated Mother's Day! The Daddies shouldn't complain =D hahahhaha.....

Red lobsters.. kakakaka...

J promised to bring me to the pool again today.. but he woke up late this morning.. Finally, reached yck at 12noon..! can you imagine the scorching sun?! esp when it is so hot these 2 days??! But nope.. I din complain.. as long as I have my swim.. hehe...

Guys were suntanning by the pool... it's quite funny to see.. though.. but I hope they don't get in the pool with all the greasy sun tan oil that I can smell from far =P

J was pretty relaxed while I managed to swim a few laps =)
Told him about the christian name that I have been thinking the whole week about for little lyn.. He din agree with it at first.. but after the swim.. he proposed a name that is an extension of my original idea! and it sounded perfect to me! Teased that he must have thought of that while he was taking his shower after the swim.. he grinned.. hehehhee.... Well,it not final yet and I won't disclose the name just yet =P But it's making me so excited! Love it so much =)

Oh yes.. due to the sun.. we ended up being red lobsters =D ooh.. so long since we sun tan.. Luckily my parents in law din notice just now during dinner.. good thing we dine out today =)

It's a saturday morning.. but I still need to come back to work.. this is the final part of the project ;)

J's nice to wake up with me and send me to yck mrt as usual after we picked up our mac donalds breakfast..

Wooh! the train's as crowded on sat..
Made my way to the centre of the train.. carrying the mac carrier and my bag.. as I was adjusting my dress, a lady called me, stood up from her seat, and offered me her seat :)
Hehe... this is the first time someone gave up her seat for me! so touched..!

Immediately, I sms J and my mum about it.. and thinking what made the lady so sure that I'm pregnant? Actually my tummy's not that obvious.. esp with this wide dress... hehe... Months before, I wore this same dress to work on sat.. even joked with Trif that I was so scared that anyone will think that I'm pregnant and give up their seat.. heheheh....

So ironic :)

Certainly possible

Just before she did the usual ultrasound test.. she showed mummy lyn and daddy J pictures of how a boy boy looks like from the scan.. It's the tiny diamond that makes the whole lot of difference!

Opps... so excited! Dr Joycelyn asked if I have any sense of whether it's a boy or girl... Even though I did feel something... At that very moment, I was lost of words..

This time, bb's swam upside down.. and I can see the placenta.. making it seems a bit cramped in there.. hehe.. but doc cleverly explained that there's actually sufficient space for the bb and everything is normal :)

Ok.. now the finale... bb has legs open... not shy at all.. heehhehe..... and arh?! 'No diamond'!
It's little Lyn this time :)

She said she's 90% sure :) and we are glad the checkup is fine..

Mummy Lyn asked a silly question..
Lyn:" Just curious.. How does the bb breathe in there with all the liquid?"
Doc:" Haha.. the bb don't breathe through the nose.. she gets the oxygen through the blood from the placenta.."
"Only at the bb's first cry that she breathe through her nose.."
Lyn:"Wow".. hahahahha

Then the nurse poke me to draw some blood for some test... got bruise for few days... hehe.. she's so inexperienced in that.. even dropped something when the needle is still stuck on my arm =P

The next checkup will come with a detailed scan.. By then, I'm half way through pregnancy =D

Popcorn popping.. Pop!

Was reading this article on how some mums feels like when the bb in their tummy..

Just as I came to this part.. Opps! I feel something..
This is how they describe.. 'Popcorn popping.. goldfish swimming.. tapping sensation.."

So excited! I quickly sms J..
"Hubby, think I have been feeling the bb moving.. It's like popcorn popping!"

But he's probably in base since the sms hasn't got to him yet..
Hehe.. let me guess his reaction when he sees it..

Can't wait to see the approximately 4 inch big bb next week.. hope every thing's well =D

Back to the pool =)

Gosh! it has been over 3 mths since I swam.. so glad I can swim again!

Never did I know I'm so hooked to this exercise until I started dreaming about going to the pool last mth.. It's funny but I actually dreamt of going to the swimming pool several times.. but ended up not able to swim even in my dreams! Xiaotiantian was in one of the dreams too =P kaka..

Finally had a morning swim last sunday.. Bright and sunny.. the water's just warm enough for a relaxing swim.. =)

A little worried that I dun remember how to swim.. haha.. but I guess.. it's like riding a bicycle.. once you got the skill, it will be with u forever!

Oh ya, saw my instructor there too.. but he's too busy with the little kids.. teaching them how to kick.. so cute!

Silly J, keeps following me laps after laps.. until I asked him.. "Why are you following me?" hahahhah.... I guess he just accompany me swim each time cos I am not confident enough to go into the competition pool now but he's more used to swimming there.. anyway, we had fun =)

Think the little one loves to swim too.. =)

Realised a bump at my tummy oredi when I wear the swimsuit.. and this wk, my tummy seems to grow quite a bit too.. hahahah....

Hope to go swimming again this wkend.. it will make mummy and bb very happy.. hehe..
hmm.. maybe can ask my parents to join us this time.. 'cunning smile**' hehe..

Quite lucky that we came out before the carpark attendant reach our car.. =)
