Hi frens!

Happy Moonies Festivals =)

J and I just had ours at the 'balcony'.. hahaha....

and my parents.. guess what?! They went to watch movies!

We had a gd chat over dinner and decided to stay home and gave up the plan for east coast.. sounds of mini fireworks and melody frm the sky garden downstairs make the estate esp lively and happy today =)

Our first mid autumn festival celebration after marriage.. and oh.. 1 mth to our 1st anniversary..

Our lanterns.. haha.. few yrs back, I even took the hello kitty lantern for walk at east coast..

Sunday afternoon

It's all on my own today.. J's on duty .. again..

here's dinner we prepared last thurs.. the soup and rice is done by J.. the chicken's preapred by me lah..

arh.. preparing for tmr's exam and cun go out.. else i would have gone swimming and visited my parents.. cun wait for nxt mon when both papers are done..

today's also uncle albert's daughter's wedding day.. he help drove our wedding car on our big day.. wow, it's another 1 and half mth to or first wedding anniversary..! time flies..

A true 'fan' of Cecelia Ahern...

This is the 4th book by Ahern that I read.. it is always full of joy and closeness in her narration..

'A place called Here' interestingly draw pictures of the current life and a place where all missing people and stuff goes.. something nice abt her books is it's always fun and description.. thought most fiction books should have such characteristic, but for an impatient ger like me to finish reading a book, esp a fiction book is really a challenge..

I would rather learn something frm a self improvement book.. hahahha...

Really forgot how i started picking up her books.. PS i love u really touches me.. and perhaps from then on, i look forward to her new book! So excited when i found it on the shelves.. and bought it!

Enjoyed it slowly.. letting photographic scenes that appear in my mind.. wonderful feeling.. so much for food for thought =)

when u see the grey

We notice our parents age.. that is a terrible feeling...

i still rem when i look at my mum's grey hair and dye her hair for her... i was overwhelmed by this fact and only told J how i was sad abt it.. dunno how to react..

Sunday evening, we decided to visit his parents... my mil was active with her frens and we gave my fil a surprised visit with donuts fresh frm oven =)

we chatted.. he look tired.. he's a busy man.. taking care of a family is not easy esp when u have to keep up on the business..

Showed us the rolex that he bought the nite before.. and told us his story of a fake rolex..

Apparently, he was 'robbed' in jb.. the 'robber' wanted to sell him the fake rolex but he refused.. and showed him the 200 ringgit that he had.. the 'robber' out of desperation, took the money and threw the fake rolex in the car..

Listening to his experience, we are worried abt his safety.. J seems very disturbed abt the fact that his dad needs to go jb for business.. and it's so unsafe there.. now, i understand why that reaction when i told him i wanna go jog ard my estate at nite..

Silly J... he asked every detail that he need abt his dad's trip to the factory..

We hope that he can retire soon and enjoy retirement with my mil... we will try to make it happen =)

my new lifestyle..

I am halfway thru my lessons.. =) Monday nite's my 5th baking lesson... and had my 7th swimming lesson last sat...

Hmm.. baking... learnt birthday cake last monday.. looks gd huh?! wait till i have the time then i will try.. hahahahah....

Swimming.... went yio chu kang sc and serangoon sc last wk to practise my breaststroke.. hehe.. and swam 12 laps in the deep pool on my own.. ya, J on nite shift.. and it's time for me to display my independence.. waahhahahaha... he check out on me occasionally... maybe afraid that i might drown hor =PP yeah..

I looked at the bouy and thought.. perhaps i may need it.. hehehhe... told my instructor and he scolded me.. hahahahah....

Had my first try on freestyle last sat.. i'm picking up fast.. yeah =)

Deep thought: i have so much that i wanna learn now.. wanna try rollerbalding again.. dun wanna struggle everytime.. hee~ also, tennis is another interesting sport i like to do.. maybe will give it a try nxt yr.. driving.. hmm.. too much for me.. let's see how my sil do with her new mazda.. looking at how J drive, i dun think i can drive like him.. probably will learn and dun drive? hahahhahaha..... Like to do all these before we proceed to the next stage of life.. hee~

I m not auntie =P

There are few categories of auntie... nope.. not inspired by the auntie show that's featured recently.. but i would love to shake away that 'auntie' title for now..

Arh.. let's see.. 'hdb taitai' ?? eeh.. this is the title that my mil named herself as.. i hope i have not reached that stage..

Dun deny that married woman should have a change of status.. let me see.. how abt "happily married woman" for a start?? hahahhaha.... and to keep learning and being positive is a sign of happiness =) no no to 'huang lian po'.. no no to 'auntie'... aiyoh, woman, why are u so sensitive when it comes to age?? hahahhaha..... i think as woman, this is nature bah =P

Gonna be 1 yr older soon.. haii nu ren..
